Training FAQ Frequently Asked questions

Where can I attend training?

We offer online training as well as classroom-based training.

For classroom-based training, we can use your existing computer training room, boardroom or meeting room.

We also use a number of locations around Dublin where you can come to attend training, if your office isn’t suitable.

Can you bring training to our premises? Where do you travel to?

Yes, we specialise in onsite training. It’s easier for your staff and less disruptive for the business. Also, you have access to your files, which means you can ask questions that relate directly to your work.

We travel all around Ireland from Dublin to Limerick, Dundalk, Cork, Waterford, Athlone, Galway, Sligo, Letterkenny, Tralee and more.

Is Online Training available?

Yes. We offer a wide range of topics and courses online.

  • You can “pick and mix” topics you want to cover (e.g Excel Formula and PowerPoint Animations only.)
  • You can attend full courses if you prefer e.g. Excel Intermediate or Microsoft Access Introduction.

🕐 Sessions are 1 to 2 hours in duration.

💻We use Zoom, Teams, WebEx, GoToTraining and other platforms

How many participants can attend training?

We train all group sizes from 1 to 1000. But what is each group size suitable for?

One to one 1 For that one executive or individual contributor who wants to upskill.
Team training up to 9 For a team or group of specialists with the same skill requirements.
Larger groups 10 or more For the wider team who all want to get on board with a particular topic.
Enterprise-wide 40 to 1000+ For major rollout programmes e.g. new Office 365 version, OneDrive, and lunch sessions, take place over a number of days and include hundreds of personnel.
Online training 1 to 200+ For your dispersed workdforce and busy teams who have a punctual need for training on specific topics

It doesn’t matter if we met you 1 week or 2 years ago, we’re still here when you need a hand.

I need a quote. Why can't I find a price on the website?

We need to find out a number of things about your group, the topic, number of participants, number of sessions before we can give you a quote.

Get in touch with details of your project and we will get back with information and prices for your different scenarios.

Can training be customised?

Yes, we love to tailor our training to your needs.

Every person is different, every jobs has its own challenges, every business does things in its own way.

Tell us what you want to focus on during training, whether you have specific files or data we need to discuss with participants or business objectives you are trying to achieve with training and we will design the perfect programme for you.

What dates are available?

Most of the time two weeks’ notice is sufficient. However, we may also have availability sooner.

Coordinating training for multiple delegates can be tricky but it doesn’t have to be.

Get in touch and you will get access to our online calendar where you can choose ad book dates that suit you.
